It’s an impressive machine, designed to give you the best possible espresso. It has a built-in conical burr grinder that grinds beans directly into the portafilter. During extraction, low-pressure pre-infusion gradually increases pressure, while digital temperature control maintains the water temperature. A grind size dial lets you adjust the coarseness, and you can also change the amount of coffee used for either a single or double shot.
A steam wand is included for texturing milk, which is ideal if you prefer milky drinks like lattes and cappuccinos.
