Wall Street firm Bernstein warns that if the Senate fails to act before its recess, it could lead to a short-term selloff in Bitcoin and high-risk altcoins. Despite this, Bernstein remains optimistic about the crypto market rebounding late Q3 and early Q4 ahead of the midterms.
Currently, Polymarket estimates the probability of the CLARITY Act passing in 2026 at 31%, dropping 9 points in the past month.
